Shipping & Returns
We Ship Monday through Friday via UPS and USPS. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
- Free Shipping in the continental US for orders of $50 or more. Please note, if you return your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or store credit.
- $7.25 for order of $49.99 or less in the continental US. Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If you would like us to expedite shipping or ship via another method, please call the store for fastest shipping rates.
- We do not ship outside of Canada and the US.
We take pride in making sure each customer loves their purchase from The Classic Equestrian. As a small business, we have come up with a policy that we believe is reasonable for our customers and will also keep us in business.
Within 10 days after purchase (in-store):
- You may return most merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price in the original form of payment. (Cash purchases more than $100 may be refunded by check, mailed within 3 business days of the return).
- Merchandise must be returned in brand new condition and unused within 10 days with all original packaging and tags, and proof of purchase.
Within 30 days after purchase (in-store):
- You may return most merchandise for an even exchange or store credit in the amount of the original purchase price.
Proof of Purchase 🧾
The easiest proof of purchase is your original receipt. If you no longer have your receipt, we may be able to provide proof of purchase from our system. If we are not able to verify the purchase, date of purchase, and purchase price of an item, we are not able to accept return on that item.
Specific Merchandise Exceptions
For safety reasons and liability, all helmets are a final sale. If you are looking to purchase a helmet as a gift, we recommend purchasing a gift card with a photo of a helmet so the rider is able to come into the store to be sized correctly.
The following are not returnable under and circumstances:
- Consumables/Chemicals (Fly Spray, supplements, grooming products, etc.) unless their package includes an unbroken seal.
- Gift Certificates
- Clearance items (final sale)
- Custom or special orders. (Any order with your specific measurements, colors, or embroidery/engraving that were ordered specifically for you).

Suspected Defective Merchandise
Within 30 days after purchase:
If you suspect an item you've purchased is defective during the first 30 days after purchase date, we can offer you an immediate store credit or exchange. If you prefer a full refund, we may need to return the item to the manufacturer for inspection first.
Beyond 30 days after purchase:
If you notice a suspected defect later on, we are happy to help resolve it with you. Please bring the item in to us as soon as possible. We are able to send items back to the manufacturer for inspection. The manufacturer will be able to tell us our options for repair, replacement, etc.
